I work with people to help them develop their self awareness. Through this awareness one is able to set better boundaries and discover new ways to address old wounds. Therapy can help provide insight, support, and new strategies for all types of life challenges. It can help address many types of issues including depression, anxiety, conflict, grief, stress management,  and general life transitions. In order to best serve you, as I will most likely ask you these questions during an initial consultation, before you call, read through them.

  •  How long have you felt this way?
  •  Do your symptoms interfere with your daily life or relationships?
  •  What, if anything, seems to improve your symptoms?
  •  What, if anything, appears to worsen your symptoms?
